• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chat, and email support • Answer general account and billing questions • Assist with simple troubleshooting (username/password resets) • Provide product and membership information • Upsell services when appropriate • Deliver empathetic, exceptional customer service • De-escalate calls professionally when needed • Manage 70–120 calls per shift • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture — even remotely!
• Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written) • 4+ years of Customer Service experience (call center preferred) • Ability to type 25 WPM minimum • Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Test • Must be able to work in the United States legally • Strong empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills • Enjoys helping others and creating memorable customer experiences
