📋 Description

• Acquire new customers in the museum and archive sector • Manage and develop existing customer relationships • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations • Advise customers on digitalization and transformation projects • Process and coordinate public tenders • Prepare proposals and pricing calculations • Lead contract negotiations • Maintain and develop the sales pipeline • Attend trade fairs, conferences, and industry events • Build a strong network within the museum and archive landscape • Collaborate with international teams across Sales, Product, and Project Management • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through contract signing and long-term customer development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling software solutions • Interest in culture, museums, or archives • Ability to explain complex solutions clearly and understandably • Experience building long-term customer relationships • Structured, self-directed approach to work • Confident communication with a range of stakeholders • Excellent German communication skills • Comfortable working in English with international colleagues • Experience with public tenders, cultural institutions, or complex software projects is an advantage • Willingness to submit an English-language résumé
