📋 Description

• Independently conduct qualifying consultation and sales calls with potential customers • Make approximately 150–200 call attempts per day • Conduct structured initial calls and analyze goals, challenges, and growth potential • Systematically contact existing leads and conduct follow-ups • Schedule, prepare, and follow up on appointments for strategy consultants • Accurately hand over relevant information to strategy consultants • Assess whether a collaboration is strategically worthwhile

• Strong communication and analytical skills • Persuasiveness and a confident demeanor • High self-motivation and strong drive to perform • Coachability and willingness to learn • Understanding of processes and discipline • Calm, pleasant voice and professional demeanor • Excellent German skills at a native-speaker level • Stable internet connection and availability within a suitable time zone for remote work
