• Review, negotiate, implement, and manage commercial contracts and business agreements to mitigate risks and safeguard organisational interests. • Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand the business footprint and drive strategic growth. • Cultivate and manage critical client relationships to strengthen commercial awareness and market positioning. • Formulate and execute robust business growth strategies in alignment with corporate objectives. • Serve as an independent extension of senior management, accepting responsibility for high-level commercial and contractual decisions.
• Proven track record working within medium-sized or large organisations with direct exposure to commercial contracts and business agreements. • Strong experience in sales, market development, and executing successful business growth strategies. • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Chemistry, Accounting, Law, or a relevant commercial or technical discipline. • Deep understanding of commercial risk, contractual obligations, and exceptional negotiation and communication skills. • Highly independent, analytical, and comfortable making decisions and accepting significant responsibility.
