📋 Description

• Work with customers to identify high-value AI use cases • Translate business needs into technical AI solutions • Build rapid prototypes using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and automation • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and workflows • Move successful prototypes into secure, scalable production environments • Evaluate and optimize AI solutions for quality, reliability, latency, and cost • Conduct technical workshops and support customer teams during implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering background, especially Python • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs • Experience with RAG, vector databases, AI agents, tool calling, APIs, and enterprise integrations • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills • Ability to move quickly from an ambiguous problem to a working solution
