📋 Description

• Own and close deals from first meeting to signed order • Start with deals below USD 30,000 and take on bigger deals as wins are proven • Write and send proposals, working with the proposal team on larger bids • Keep deal stages, close dates and next steps honest and current in HubSpot • Work with the RevOps Manager on larger deals • Look after existing customers through renewals and expansion • Log every conversation in HubSpot the same day • Use Claude or a similar AI assistant daily for call preparation, proposals, follow-ups and CRM updates • Sell directly to end customers and through channel partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • Excellent spoken and written English • 3+ years closing B2B software deals, from discovery to signed order • Experience writing and presenting proposals, and handling pricing and procurement questions • Experience with renewals and expansion for existing customers • Disciplined CRM use, with honest stages, close dates and next steps • Experience selling to government or regulated-industry buyers is a strong plus • Experience automating routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts • Legally authorized to work in Pakistan • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet place for calls • Ability to work the same night shift in Pakistan
