📋 Description

• Call and message end customers and partners daily from a prioritized call queue • Spend at least two hours daily in real conversations with new prospects and partners • Book meetings with decision-makers and confirm genuine needs • Convert qualified interest into opportunities and hand them to the account team with a clear summary • Register partner opportunities the same day they are identified • Sign new partners when a deal requires one • Log every call, email and meeting in HubSpot the same day • Use Claude or a similar AI assistant daily for prospect research, call preparation, outreach and follow-up • Find new business for VIDIZMO by reaching end customers directly and bringing in deals through partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • 4+ years in business development for B2B software • Clear, confident spoken and written English • Experience with meetings and opportunities that can be demonstrated • Experience working with resellers, system integrators or referral partners • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools • Habit of logging every call and meeting the same day • Experience automating routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts • Legally authorized to work in Pakistan • Ability to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot responsibly, checking outputs for accuracy, completeness and compliance
