📋 Description

• Coordinate the vendor and contract lifecycle across IT • Support compliant and cost-transparent sourcing • Analyse invoices and cloud costs by domain, function, and cost type • Monitor vendor and contract information for transparency and contractual adherence • Evaluate commercial and vendor information for make-or-buy and sourcing decisions • Support IT stakeholders with vendor, contract, and cost insights • Contribute to vendor renegotiations using commercial judgement and foundational contract-law knowledge • Collaborate with IT stakeholders, domain/function representatives, governance and financial analytics peers, procurement and sourcing stakeholders, and external vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in vendor and/or contract management • Practical experience with sourcing-related topics in an IT environment • Foundational knowledge of negotiation principles and contract law • Ability to analyse invoice and cost information to create transparent and actionable spend views • Knowledge of vendor and contract management principles across the contract lifecycle • Ability to evaluate commercial information for sourcing and make-or-buy decisions • Experience with AI, intelligent automation, workflow technologies, or low-code platforms • Full-time availability
