📋 Description

• Manage and track coordination across 10–15 parallel customer engagements • Drive the full delivery lifecycle from project kick-off and resource allocation through documentation and formal closure • Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies using project governance standards • Maintain status reports, action logs, RAID logs, meeting summaries, and other project documentation • Act as a proactive customer point of contact, aligning on progress and managing expectations • Support workshops, design sessions, and technical delivery checkpoints with consultants and architects • Monitor project financials, hours, burn rate, consumption, invoicing, and reporting • Coordinate with Services, Sales, Support, and Partners • Capture lessons learned and support retrospective sessions • Identify blockers, solve problems, and escalate complex issues • Provide administrative and operational support to the project delivery team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in customer-facing environments • Proactive mindset and sense of accountability • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple parallel engagements • Interest in delivery excellence, process improvement, and structured ways of working • Familiarity with project management tools and Agile, waterfall, and hybrid frameworks • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment • Comfortable using Salesforce, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and similar tools • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates • PMI or Agile fundamentals certifications are a plus • Excellent written and verbal language skills in German and English
