📋 Description

• Help customers to realise the value of AI and drive adoption of Red Hat AI technology • Develop new consulting solutions that address common customer use cases • Support our sales teams in positioning Red Hat AI Consulting solutions to customers • Act as lead architect on cutting-edge AI consulting projects for our customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or related role • A strong understanding of the value of AI for our customers • Demonstrable experience in the following technologies: Kubernetes/Openshift, Jupyter, Python, KubeFlow Pipelines, vLLM/LLM-d • Demonstrable experience with predictive and generative models, model training, fine-tuning and alignment, MLOps, model evaluation, model serving and MaaS, drift, bias, and explainability • A good understanding of the Open Source community • Professional fluency in English is mandatory • Willingness and ability to travel within the EMEA region
