📋 Description

• Develop reusable consulting solutions addressing common customer AI use cases • Support regional consulting teams with deployment of AI consulting solutions • Enable sales teams to position Red Hat AI Consulting solutions to customers • Deliver technical discovery and scoping workshops to elicit use cases and elaborate solution architectures • Build work backlogs and assist with technical aspects of consulting statements of work • Act as lead architect on complex and novel AI consulting projects • Own the design, implementation, and commissioning of AI systems • Support the growth and adoption of Red Hat AI technology through professional services

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or related role • Proven background in customer engagement, ideally within a consulting services organization or software vendor services division • Strong understanding of AI value for customers and ability to position Red Hat’s AI Services portfolio • Demonstrable experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Jupyter, Python, KubeFlow Pipelines, and vLLM/LLM-d • Experience with predictive and generative models, model training, fine-tuning and alignment, MLOps, model evaluation, model serving and MaaS, drift, bias, explainability, model guardrails, tool usage, agentic harnesses, model metrics, and observability • Good understanding of the Open Source community • Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and the Kubernetes ecosystem in large-scale production environments • Exceptional communication and soft skills, including simplifying complex concepts and navigating sensitive political environments within global organizations • Proactive approach to service expansion and project definition focused on maximizing customer ROI • Strategic vision combined with tactical execution and creative problem-solving in rapidly evolving technology domains • Professional fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus • Willingness and ability to travel within the EMEA region • Must reside in a country where Red Hat is registered to do business • Access to a major airport
