📋 Description
• プロジェクトの計画、スケジュール管理、進捗管理、顧客及び社内への報告を実施する。 • プリセールス活動にPMとして参画し、プロジェクトデリバリーが成功するよう、提案書、見積もり、契約書をレビューし、PMとして適切なインプットを行う。 • 顧客のニーズ、目標を理解し、チームに必要なスキルや経験レベルを考慮し、適切なコンサルタントやアーキテクトをプロジェクトに配置する。 • プロジェクトの課題、メンバーの課題を解決するべくチームレベルのコラボレーションを推進する。
🎯 Requirements
• IT ベースのプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理業務の経験 7 年以上 • 関連分野の学士号 • IT 業界で使用されている特定のプロジェクト管理およびテクニカルデリバリー方法論に関する知識 • 優れた対人能力、リーダーシップスキル、分析力、ビジネスインサイト • 文章および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力 • プロジェクト管理の認定資格 (あれば尚可) • 個人だけでなくチームで働く能力、プロジェクトチームと各貢献者を動機付ける能力と対立を調停する能力 • ネイティブレベルの日本語会話力とビジネスレベルの英語力
