📋 Description

• Guide adoption of Red Hat solutions for telco service provider customers, network equipment providers, and system integrator partners • Deliver quality consulting work and build technical expertise in Red Hat cloud technologies • Support applications providing containerised and virtual network functions (CNFs and VNFs) • Develop understanding of customer infrastructures, focusing on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, and other Red Hat cloud technologies • Make recommendations appropriate to customer environments • Serve as subject matter expert at customer sites • Address technical, developmental, and strategic IT needs • Learn and apply new technologies to customer needs • Support multiple projects across industries and project types • Keep stakeholders updated on issues affecting project or company performance • Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification, design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions • Produce written project documentation for Red Hat and customer management teams • Adapt to changing customer requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a consulting or related role • Experience with enterprise-wide deployments • Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) • Advanced knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenStack Platform • Experience with the telco industry and customers is a plus • Demonstrated experience communicating project value, progress, and metrics to stakeholders and diverse audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or willingness to pursue certification within 90 days • Willingness to travel up to 50%
