📋 Description

• Deploy and optimize Red Hat infrastructure while collaborating with team members and stakeholders • Provide consulting, technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best-practice recommendations to clients • Conduct system analysis, performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning • Implement optimization strategies, preventive measures, security measures, and compliance controls • Assess telco platforms, identify bottlenecks, and recommend performance and reliability improvements • Develop and implement platform optimization strategies covering capacity planning, configuration, resource utilization, and performance tuning • Plan and execute Red Hat software updates, patches, and upgrades with minimal disruption • Coordinate maintenance activities with clients • Maintain documentation of client environments, configurations, and support activities • Generate reports and provide clients with system status updates, performance metrics, incident summaries, and recommendations • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and telecommunications challenges • Identify innovation and process-improvement opportunities and share knowledge through workshops and documentation • Build client relationships as a trusted advisor and provide strategic guidance on Red Hat solutions • Identify opportunities for additional services and upselling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Native or professional fluency in Spanish, written and spoken • Professional fluency in English and Portuguese • Experience implementing, managing, and supporting Red Hat technologies, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, and Red Hat OpenStack • Solid understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies, such as KVM and Docker • Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting, preferably RHEL or a derivative • Experience with scripting and automation tools, such as Bash, Python, and Ansible • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and internal-team collaboration • Understanding of telecommunications Operations and Maintenance procedures and best practices through work with at least one major service provider • Strong customer service and communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish • Willingness to travel up to 20–30 weeks per year across different time zones in the region • Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus • Relevant Red Hat certifications, such as RHCE or RHCA, are highly desirable • Public Cloud Certifications are a plus
