• Responsible for the successful operation of Refuge for Women programs • Leadership in fundraising and development • Program oversight • Staff and advisory board development • Ensuring financial sustainability and health of local program • Representing Refuge for Women in the community • Cultivating donor and community relationships to sustain and grow the mission
• 5–10 years of executive, nonprofit, or ministry leadership experience • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred • Demonstrated servant leadership, humility, and team-building skills • Strong program and project management capabilities • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with influential stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications • Strong written and verbal communication skills across digital and in-person platforms • Familiarity with human trafficking and survivor care
