📋 Description

• Own the product vision and strategy for organic acquisition • Lead technical and content SEO across European markets • Define and drive AI discoverability strategy • Own product requirements for product feeds • Translate strategy into clear problem statements and requirements • Partner with Engineering, Data & Analytics, Brand & Marketing, Supply, and Legal • Use data to prioritize opportunities • Monitor organic performance and diagnose market-level movements • Support understanding of organic and paid traffic interaction • Communicate complex topics to varied stakeholders • Manage capacity and trade-offs across a team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Strong understanding of technical and content SEO • Genuine curiosity about AI and discovery • Comfort with product feeds and structured data • Channel-agnostic view of acquisition • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of experimentation • Strong technical fluency • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Structured, outcome-oriented approach to product discovery • Strong communication skills • Hands-on mindset with AI tools • Passion for sustainability and marketplaces
