📋 Description

• Develop and oversee product management activities for our suppliers and leading polyolefin manufacturers in the DACH region • Collaborate with European Product Management to implement market and product strategies • Support our sales teams in designated product and application areas • Serve as the point of contact for strategically important customers in the region • Assist in identifying growth opportunities and ensure a strong commercial presence • Provide first-line technical consultation for sales teams and customers on product selection, market issues and applications • Communicate success stories and product benefits across the region • Contribute to commercial planning and budgeting • Monitor the performance of assigned product groups and ensure target achievement • Provide market intelligence that may influence budgeting and sales activities • Act as an interface between regional sales teams and suppliers • Translate product strategies into concrete regional action plans • Coordinate regional pricing, product availability and feasible customer requirements • Prepare accurate sales (demand) forecasts to support supply chain planning and ensure product availability • Contribute to demand planning and risk management strategies • Promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment of objectives • Coach and develop team members to strengthen knowledge and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, engineering, chemistry or a comparable field • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial or technical product roles (with technical responsibilities) • Ability to influence across functions and countries and to implement objectives • Strong, clear communication and problem-solving skills, with solid data analysis capabilities • Ability to manage complex and conflicting priorities; results-oriented and responsive • Hands-on mentality with a strong customer-service orientation • Fluent in German and English • Experience working in a matrix organization is advantageous • Willingness to travel within the DACH region and to European meetings (up to 50%)
