📋 Description

• Champion the end-to-end customer journey for brands and retailers • Serve as a trusted partner instilling clarity and confidence throughout the verification process • Manage timelines, milestones, and dependencies; partner with Verification Operations and Standards • Act as the internal subject matter expert for market activation • Maintain accurate forecasts in CRM, ensuring contract signed, renewal, and expansion projections are current

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in B2B customer success, project management or technical consulting roles • Deep knowledge of CPG, retail, and foodservice industries including sourcing/procurement, consumer-facing claims, seals, and certification models • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and comfortable with process automation and KPI tracking.
