📋 Description

• Provide inbound first-level support to existing customers • Provide technical assistance for TV, phone, and internet issues • Offer needs-based product advice and optimize customer contracts • Identify sales opportunities during every call • Complete three weeks of paid training during a fixed early-morning shift • After training, work a two-shift schedule Monday through Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. • Work every other weekend, with time off in lieu during the week

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of call center experience, ideally in technical service within the telecommunications industry • At least one year of sales experience, with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets • Willingness and ability to reliably cover the specified working hours • No additional employment or side business • Very good German language skills (C1 level) • Resident of Germany • Experienced support and sales professionals only; career changers are not eligible
