📋 Description

• Inbound first-level support for existing customers • Technical customer support for TV, telephone, and internet issues • Needs-based product advice and contract optimization • Sales engagement in every call • Participation in paid training conducted on a permanent early-morning shift • Subsequent work in a two-shift system from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. • Working every other weekend, with time off in lieu during the week • Following a shift schedule prepared several weeks in advance

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience, ideally in technical service within the telecommunications industry • At least 1 year of sales experience and a consistent track record of achieving sales targets • Ability to reliably cover the specified working hours • No secondary employment • Very good German language skills (C1 level) • Residing in Germany • Career changers are not eligible; experienced support and sales professionals are sought
