📋 Description

• Inbound first-level support for existing customers • Technical customer support for TV, telephone, and internet issues • Needs-based product consultation and contract optimization • Sales engagement in every call • Participation in a 3-week paid training program on a fixed early shift from Monday to Friday • Working a two-shift system, with the shift schedule provided several weeks in advance

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience • Ideally, experience in technical service within the telecommunications industry • At least 1 year of sales experience • Consistently achieve sales targets • Willingness to work 40 hours per week over a 5-day workweek • Willingness to work a two-shift system from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. • Ability to work every second weekend • No secondary employment • Very good German language skills at C1 level • Residence in Germany • Experience as a support and sales professional; career changers are expressly excluded
