📋 Description

• Advise and support our customers on all matters related to motor vehicle insurance • Handle inquiries via phone and e-mail • Assist with claims processing and settlement • Maintain the customer database and document customer interactions • Actively contribute to optimizing customer service processes

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally some first experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance sector • Excellent German communication skills • Strong service orientation and empathy when dealing with customers • Team player with an independent and structured working style
