REGREEN is a Horizon 2020 research and innovation project that promotes urban liveability by advancing nature-based solutions (NbS) across Europe and China. It develops evidence-based tools, governance guidance, business and valuation models, educational resources, and urban living labs to accelerate equitable, green, and healthy urban transitions. REGREEN runs transnational partnerships, trainings, conferences, and publications to inform city planning, restoration, and resilience efforts.

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and assist in the negotiation of low-complexity contracts and legal instruments, under the supervision of attorneys; • Provide support to internal departments, assisting in the analysis and guidance of legal matters of low to medium complexity; • Support due diligence processes and third-party assessments by organizing documents and information of the company and its subsidiaries; • Manage and follow up on low-complexity administrative procedures, including filings with commercial registries, corporate record updates, and obtaining documents and certificates; • Manage the contract signature workflow, ensuring correct execution, validation of powers of representation, and filing in internal systems; • Keep legal controls and systems (including CLM) up to date, ensuring the integrity, traceability, and organization of information; • Support continuous improvement of the department's processes, contributing to efficiency gains and standardization of legal routines.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and concisely; • Ability to collect, organize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data, turning information into strategic insights to support decision-making; • Basic knowledge of contract and corporate law applied to corporate routines; • Experience or familiarity with contract drafting and contract management; • Previous experience in an in-house legal department or a law firm with corporate practice (desirable); • Experience with contract management tools (CLM), especially netLex (differential).
