📋 Description

• Analyze and decide credit proposals for individuals and corporate clients across all products (light and heavy vehicles, rental, leasing, and others), using internal and external credit bureaus, review of customer documentation, financial statements, etc. • Monitor performance indicators and propose actions aligned with company strategies. • Collaborate on improvement processes using market research and group studies. • Contribute to company projects involving the Retail Credit area or related activities. • Negotiate with and provide support to dealerships and the sales team, offering necessary clarifications related to credit approval.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields • Experience in the role and knowledge of credit analysis techniques for individuals and legal entities • Knowledge of financial products (CDC, Finame, Leasing, Rental) • Advanced English (Preferred) • Knowledge of financial statement analysis • Skills in strategy and people management • KPI analysis • Knowledge of tools: SQL, Python, SAS, Qlik, and AWS (Preferred)
