📋 Description

• Actively participate in data network operations and IT systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical business services. • Provide second- and third-level technical and operational support, analyzing and resolving more complex incidents. • Proactively monitor the environment using monitoring tools, perform root cause analysis, and propose continuous improvements. • Manage and maintain telecommunications (data) services, including WAN links, LAN, VPN, MPLS and connectivity between sites. • Receive and handle technical tickets through to resolution, interacting with users, vendors and other IT areas as needed. • Configure, operate and perform advanced troubleshooting on TP-Link switches and routers, including: • VLANs, trunks, STP. • Static and dynamic routing (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP or BGP — depending on the environment) • ACLs and basic security policies. • Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, operational standards and procedures. • Act as a technical reference for junior analysts, supporting team development. • Contribute to process improvements, best practices and automation of network routines.
