📋 Description

• Responsible for design, analysis, testing, installation, and support activities for Epic related information system solutions • Completes assigned Epic certifications, training, projects, and testing • Works closely with other EHR Certified Analysts for assigned applications • Provides technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to project teams analyzing systemic or process issues within assigned areas • Assists departments/project teams in defining requirements for new systems • Participates in vendor selection process including demonstrations and functional comparison activities • Writes design specifications • Completes system build/development tasks based on design specifications • Maintains software for assigned systems at supportable levels and communicates available updates and enhancements to end users • Provides technical support to system end users

🎯 Requirements

• Two to three years’ experience with Information technology application development, training, and implementation in a healthcare setting • Experience in Epic systems and processes strongly preferred • Certification in Epic application(s) required within four months of hiring
