📋 Description

• Conducts case law, doctrinal, and legislative research. • Assists with higher-complexity cases. • Drafts petitions and other procedural documents. • Assists in reviewing and organizing documents. • Prepares drafts and templates of legal documents. • Conducts hearings and court conferences. • Participates in client meetings alongside senior associates and/or partners. • Monitors deadlines and updates the case management system.

🎯 Requirements

• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), with experience in a law firm as a Junior or Mid-level Attorney. • General knowledge of leading legal theories and applicable legislation. • Understanding of the legal system, rules, and procedural workflows. • Familiarity with court structures and public authorities. • Strong written drafting and verbal communication skills. • Advanced/Fluent English (priority requirement). • Digital literacy. • Postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure, Civil Law, and/or Corporate Law are a plus.
