📋 Description

• Collaborate in the ownership and continuous refinement of the product backlog, creating clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Lead refinement and sprint planning workshops with cross-functional development teams • Serve as the day-to-day liaison between client stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and actionable • Manage release scope across concurrent release cycles and provide guidance on priority setting • Contribute to roadmap development, bug triage processes, and wireframe creation • Coordinate between US-based client stakeholders and engineering within a distributed delivery team • Contribute to product decisions and own day-to-day backlog execution

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within software delivery teams • Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and requirements documentation • Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile delivery practices • Experience with wireframing and ability to translate business requirements into visual concepts • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills • Availability to collaborate within EMEA time zones and work effectively with geographically distributed teams • Exposure to accounting, audit, tax, or financial services domains is nice to have • Experience working with Azure DevOps for backlog management and delivery planning is nice to have • PSPO I certification or equivalent is an advantage
