📋 Description

• Promote the Relais & Châteaux brand and member hotels to the travel trade in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Scandinavia • Ensure member hotels receive maximum benefit from global sales efforts in designated markets • Grow revenue and maximize market share through sales activities and direct sales efforts • Identify and solicit travel agency and MICE accounts with significant revenue potential • Assist VIP agencies with confirming member hotels through central reservations/SynXis • Represent Relais & Châteaux at sales blitzes, PR events, conferences, and FAM trips • Aid in organizing sales blitzes, sales events, and showcases • Escort member hotels on sales calls during sales blitzes • Create annual account action and marketing plans • Build effective working relationships with member hotels, restaurants, and Relais & Châteaux management • Collaborate with the global sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the luxury hospitality industry preferred • Experience working with key luxury hotel consortia and programs such as Virtuoso, Serandipians, and American Express • University degree or equivalent • Excellent leadership and people skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to grasp new concepts • Clear thinker with attention to detail • Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury sales • Familiarity with SynXis and working with a CRM is a plus • Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom; no visa sponsorship
