📋 Description

• Own paid acquisition strategy across Google and Meta: building and optimizing the funnels that drive law firms into our pipeline • Lead the growth marketing team day to day, covering paid media, SEO, and performance marketing • Lead the creative team: design, video, and content production, directing output and maintaining quality standards • Define the brand's creative direction and hold your team accountable for executing it • Set strategy across both functions and be held directly to the pipeline and revenue outcomes • Manage budget across channels, make allocation calls, and cut what isn't working

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling paid acquisition in B2B or professional services • A track record leading real marketing teams, not just agencies or freelancers • The ability to operate across both performance and creative: comfortable reviewing a dashboard and giving feedback on a video edit in the same afternoon • Strong creative instincts: you don't need to do the work yourself, but you know what good looks like and can articulate why • Experience with longer sales cycles and niche audiences; you optimize for lead quality, not just volume • Someone who moves fast, makes decisions independently, and doesn't need consensus to act
