📋 Description

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript on the front end, and Java or Python on the back end • Build well-structured and scalable REST and GraphQL APIs • Participate in the full implementation cycle from design to rollout • Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, while reviewing and validating generated code • Write unit and integration tests • Collaborate with Engineers and Product Manager to plan and implement new features • Participate in Engineering Chapters and contribute to architecture discussions • Work in a cross-functional squad with Product Manager, Designer, Front-End, Back-End and QA Engineers • Collaborate asynchronously across Asia and Europe time zones

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in web application development working with both front-end and back-end technologies • Working experience with React and TypeScript for building modern web applications • Working experience with Java and Spring Boot or Python and one of its frameworks for back-end services • Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs • Good knowledge of CSS and UI development practices • Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment — clear written communication, reliable async collaboration • Familiarity with AI coding assistants and willingness to build a disciplined workflow around them (preferred) • Familiarity with TDD (preferred) • Experience working on a SaaS platform or custom-built product (preferred) • Experience with B2B SaaS products, FinTech or HRTech (preferred) • Understanding of security principles and performance optimization (preferred) • Self-directed and curious, taking ownership and driving personal growth (preferred)
