📋 Description
• Source candidates and build targeted recruitment lists • Conduct outreach and build relationships with candidates • Write and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles • Decide where to post roles and which messaging works best • Develop and manage a structured follow-up system • Own the end-to-end recruitment process with full quality control • Build systems, set priorities, and deliver results independently
🎯 Requirements
• Prior recruiting experience (major plus!) • LinkedIn recruiting and Zoom/virtual outreach experience • Excellent written and verbal communication • EA-level precision — highly organized and detail-oriented • Background in headhunting for US-based professionals • Ability to run a recruitment function independently
