📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day financial control environment and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting • Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting packs, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports • Review financial performance, variances, risks, trends and opportunities across individual dental practices • Provide practice-level financial reporting and analysis covering revenue, costs, EBITDA, profitability and dental business metrics • Identify underperforming practices and work with Practice Managers on improvement plans • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow projections and scenario modelling • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, supplier payments and debt collection • Oversee payroll processes, review payroll reports and monitor staff, clinician and associate costs • Reconcile practice management system revenue, banking, card payments, finance arrangements and accounting records • Support statutory accounts, year-end processes, VAT returns, audits, tax advisers and financial due diligence • Provide commercial finance support for pricing, profitability, marketing ROI, capital expenditure, acquisitions, new practices and expansion • Improve finance processes, systems integration, automation, reporting speed, dashboards and KPIs • Work with the Finance Director, Managing Director, Practice Managers and operational teams to support decision-making, profitability and sustainable growth
