📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner, approximately 100 calls per day • Support administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as required • Deliver a first-class service to clients and professional partners • Serve as the first point of contact for the firm • Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent) • Previous experience working on a reception desk or within a busy switchboard environment • Strong administrative skills • Experience in a customer-facing role • Confidence in handling client interactions over the telephone • NVQs or other relevant business administration qualifications are advantageous • Previous experience within a law firm or legal services environment is desirable • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:30 UK working hours • Cape Town based
