📋 Description

• Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including Meta advertisements, display banners, and social media graphics • Create and update landing pages and website content using WordPress • Design and build email campaigns using Mailchimp • Produce artwork for paid advertising, social media, and local area marketing campaigns • Maintain visual consistency across all digital and marketing materials • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts from brief through to final delivery • Assist with website improvements and user experience enhancements • Support the implementation of website tracking and analytics where required • Ensure projects are delivered accurately and within agreed timeframes

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in graphic design, web development, or digital marketing • Previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising creatives, landing pages, and web design projects • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma or other design software • Experience using Canva for digital content creation • Strong experience updating and maintaining WordPress websites (including building landing pages, updating plugins and menus) • Experience building email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms • Understanding of Google Analytics and basic website tracking principles • Ability to interpret a creative brief and work independently from concept to completion • Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - you will be in charge of 4 to 5 brands online • Previous experience supporting clients in AU/US/UK/CA or similar markets highly regarded • Video editing ability is a bonus (but not required)
