📋 Description

• Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates • Prepare and post job ads across various platforms and talent networks • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS or recruitment tracker • Build and manage talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process • Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities • Recommend process improvements and contribute to recruitment strategy development

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR functions • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation • Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong ability to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously • Proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working in fast paced environments • Experience hiring for remote or offshore roles is an advantage
