📋 Description

• Review client KYB documentation — corporate registration, ownership structure, proof of operations, authorized representatives • Support contractor KYC — verifying IDs, resolving address or payment detail mismatches, handling jurisdictional flags • Run sanctions, PEP, and adverse media checks using approved tools and procedures • Investigate payment issues — failed payouts, payment detail changes, cross-border payment concerns • Keep compliance trackers, evidence folders, and case notes accurate and audit-ready • Escalate potential fraud, sanctions risk, unusual activity, or policy violations quickly and clearly • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Operations on client-facing requests

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on compliance experience — KYC, KYB, client/customer onboarding, or sanctions screening, ideally at a payment processor, bank, crypto exchange, or money transmitter • Comfortable reviewing documents carefully and spotting what's missing, inconsistent, or unclear • Good written English — you can write a clean case note and a clear client request • Comfortable with spreadsheets, case queues, and juggling multiple open cases at once • High attention to detail, with the judgment to know when something needs to be escalated rather than closed • Arabic fluency is a strong plus, not a requirement
