• **Job Overview:**A forward-thinking UK-based recruitment agency is seeking an innovative **AI Automation Specialist** to drive transformation across its recruitment operations. • - Identify, implement, and optimise AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Zapier, LinkedIn AI, Make.com) • - Automate repetitive processes such as outreach, screening, follow-ups, and data entry • - Work collaboratively with recruiters to understand challenges and develop scalable automation solutions • - Manage integrations between ATS, CRM, and third-party platforms to improve workflow efficiency • - Track and report on automation performance, including time savings and ROI • - Ensure all solutions are implemented with data privacy and ethical standards in mind (e.g. GDPR compliance) • - Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and usage • - Stay up to date with innovations in AI, machine learning, and recruitment tech
🎯 Requirements
