• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to UK-based prospects within the recruitment/HR sector • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email sequences, and phone to secure qualified client meetings • Manage calendar scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up to reduce no-show rates • Rebook and follow up with no-show prospects promptly to maintain meeting consistency • Clean and segment purchased data (e.g., from Apollo) to build accurate outreach lists • Log all activities, communications, and updates in the CRM system • Track performance metrics: meetings booked, attended, no-shows, and rebooking rates • Collaborate with the founder to continuously refine outreach messaging and targeting • Provide daily activity reports and weekly KPI updates on outreach performance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in appointment setting for recruitment agencies (ideally temp staffing) • Proven track record of high-volume cold calling and successful meeting setting • Strong familiarity with UK business culture and professional phone manner • Excellent spoken and written English • Ability to work full-time, aligned to UK business hours • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools • Skilled in managing multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, LinkedIn, email) • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear KPIs • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
