📋 Description

• Open files, run client checks and prepare initial packs • Order property searches and chase results • Prepare draft contracts, forms and completion statements • Liaise with estate agents, lenders and the other side • Keep the case management system accurate and up to date • Update clients on progress at agreed milestones • Support UK conveyancers through the file lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting conveyancing, property law or legal case administration • Familiarity with a legal case management system • Strong accuracy with dates, forms and file documentation • Clear, reassuring written and phone communication with clients • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work • Exposure to Land Registry applications (nice to have) • Experience with leasehold transactions (nice to have) • Familiarity with anti-money-laundering checks (nice to have)
