📋 Description
• Manage a busy executive diary across time zones • Schedule and reschedule meetings, resolving conflicts proactively • Triage inbox and flag priority items • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries • Prepare daily and weekly schedule briefings • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to confirm appointments
🎯 Requirements
• Experience managing complex calendars for a senior stakeholder • Advanced experience with Outlook or Google Calendar • Familiarity with travel booking platforms • Strong attention to detail and discretion • Comfortable working UK business hours • Prior experience as a PA or EA (nice to have) • Experience coordinating across multiple time zones (nice to have) • Familiarity with expense or travel management tools (nice to have)
