📋 Description

• Identify and headhunt senior-level candidates across specialist Technology and Finance markets • Conduct detailed market mapping of companies, teams, leadership structures and potential candidates • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, internal databases and targeted research • Engage passive Director, VP, C-suite and executive-level candidates • Conduct detailed candidate qualification and screening calls • Assess experience, leadership capability, career motivations, compensation expectations and future objectives • Present well-qualified and accurately documented candidate profiles to Executive Search Consultants or Partners • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior professionals • Maintain candidate communication and follow-up throughout the search process • Gather market intelligence on organisational structures, senior appointments, leadership movements and competitor activity • Identify commercial intelligence and business development opportunities • Maintain candidate records, notes, search activity and follow-up actions in ATS and CRM systems • Support candidate reports, market maps, longlists, shortlists and search documentation • Assist with interview coordination and candidate management • Provide market feedback on candidate availability, compensation trends and market sentiment • Contribute to the firm's candidate network across Technology and Finance • Work with Executive Search Consultants and Partners throughout the search lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in executive search, permanent recruitment, recruitment research or senior-level resourcing • Proven experience sourcing and engaging Director, VP, C-suite or other senior-level professionals • Executive search or highly targeted headhunting experience strongly preferred • Experience recruiting internationally, ideally across the UK, Europe and/or United States • Strong market mapping and candidate research skills • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates • Excellent candidate qualification and consultative interviewing skills • Confidence discussing senior-level career moves, motivations, compensation and leadership experience • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Excellent relationship-building skills and credibility with senior professionals • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market and business intelligence • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and CRM systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate candidate documentation • Excellent organisational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple executive search assignments simultaneously • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with the wider search team • Reliable internet connection and professional home-working environment required
