📋 Description

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files and HR databases • Support end-to-end recruitment administration including job postings and scheduling • Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees • Handle day-to-day HR queries from staff and managers professionally • Process payroll inputs and ensure accurate data submission to the payroll team • Generate HR reports and assist with compliance, audits and policy updates

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of HR administration or people operations experience • Proficient in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday or similar • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Discreet and professional in handling sensitive and confidential information • Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
