âą Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across various HR functions. âą Assist with payroll-related inquiries, including investigating and resolving payment discrepancies. âą Conduct and manage employee background checks and ensure all required documentation is completed. âą Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. âą Manage cancellations, schedule changes, and employee updates within company systems. âą Respond to employee HR-related questions and provide guidance on company policies and procedures. âą Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company standards. âą Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee experience. âą Assist with reporting, data entry, and HR documentation management. âą Collaborate with management and other departments to address HR-related needs. âą Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
