📋 Description

• Respond to inbound leads quickly while interest is hot • Qualify prospects through discovery conversations • Present the client's offer by phone and video call • Manage a personal CRM pipeline with accurate stages and next steps • Follow up professionally until a decision is reached • Prepare simple proposals and coordinate onboarding handovers • Report weekly numbers, including conversations, conversions, and lessons • Conduct new lead calls, discovery calls, demo calls, and afternoon follow-ups • Collaborate with the team on converting messaging and share prospect feedback • Use lost deals as learning opportunities and track close-rate performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in inside sales, telesales or account management • Confident, clear spoken English with a consultative style • Stable fibre internet, backup power for load shedding, and a quiet home office • Comfortable using CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Comfortable with video calls and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 • Disciplined pipeline management and follow-up habits • Target-driven, coachable, and resilient through the sales cycle • Must be based in South Africa
