• Oversee the day-to-day administration of insolvency cases such as CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies. • Prepare standard case documentation, reports, and statutory forms. • Communicate with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders via email and phone. • Maintain and update case files and databases with accuracy. • Draft progress reports for insolvency practitioners and stakeholders. • Handle statutory filings in line with UK insolvency regulations. • Provide general administrative support to the wider insolvency team.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a UK insolvency administration role. • Strong understanding of UK insolvency processes and terminology. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • Clear, professional communication skills – both written and verbal. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Experience using insolvency case management software (e.g., IPS or Turnkey) is an advantage. • Access to a reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection is essential.
