📋 Description

• Own multiple client advertising accounts across Meta and Google. • Plan, build and launch high-performing campaigns from scratch. • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximise ROI. • Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data. • Conduct audience research and targeting strategy. • Develop testing frameworks for creatives, copy and landing pages. • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven improvements. • Recommend new growth opportunities for client accounts. • Identify trends and proactively suggest campaign improvements. • Develop media strategies aligned to client objectives. • Advise on budget allocation across platforms. • Support overall digital growth strategy. • Produce clear client performance reports. • Analyse campaign metrics and translate data into actionable insights. • Monitor key KPIs including: • - ROAS • - CPA • - CPL • - CTR • - Conversion Rate • - CAC • Present recommendations based on campaign performance. • Build trusted relationships with clients. • Explain campaign performance in clear, commercial language. • Participate in strategy meetings where required. • Respond proactively to client questions and requests. • Stay ahead of changes across Meta and Google advertising platforms. • Recommend new campaign types, automation opportunities and best practices. • Keep up to date with AI tools and emerging advertising technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience. • 4+ years managing Google Ads campaigns. • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts. • Strong understanding of ecommerce and lead generation campaigns. • Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets. • Excellent analytical skills. • Strong reporting and presentation ability. • Highly organised and self-managed. • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. • Excellent written and spoken English.
