📋 Description

• Raise and track purchase orders • Obtain and compare supplier quotes • Maintain supplier records and contract details • Chase deliveries and resolve invoice queries with finance • Produce monthly spend reports • Work closely with suppliers and the finance team • Keep records clean and spend visible • Join the client's existing team with a named manager in the UK, regular video check-ins, and clear goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years in procurement, purchasing or buying admin • Experience raising purchase orders in an ERP such as SAP, Sage or NetSuite • Strong Excel skills • Clear written English for supplier communication • Accuracy with numbers and documents • CIPS study, completed or in progress (nice to have) • Experience working with UK suppliers (nice to have) • Must work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday
