📋 Description

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles across aviation, telecoms, and engineering sectors. • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Maintain and manage a strong talent pipeline using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Coordinate candidate submissions, feedback, and interview scheduling with account managers. • Write engaging job adverts and candidate summaries tailored to client needs. • Keep accurate records and documentation of all recruitment activities. • Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience. • Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to refine candidate search strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment role (agency or internal). • Proven experience sourcing candidates in technical fields – ideally within aviation, telecoms, or engineering. • Strong knowledge of candidate search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems). • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop/computer suitable for professional use. • Aviation industry knowledge preferred, but not essential.
