• Conduct outbound B2B calls to targeted prospect lists. • Engage prospective clients using structured sales scripts and battle cards. • Build rapport with decision-makers and generate interest in the company's services. • Handle objections professionally and confidently to maximise engagement. • Qualify prospects against agreed criteria. • Identify client needs and assess sales opportunities. • Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Apollo CRM. • Record call outcomes, notes and follow-up actions after every interaction. • Ensure all prospect information is complete and accurately maintained. • Share customer feedback and market insights with the wider sales team. • Identify common objections and opportunities to improve messaging. • Contribute ideas to refine targeting and prospecting strategies. • Support continuous improvement of outbound sales campaigns.
• A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in outbound B2B sales or sales development. • Experience making high volumes of outbound prospecting calls. • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload. • A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach. • The ability to work independently within a remote environment. • Experience using Apollo CRM. • Familiarity with Nooks or similar outbound sales platforms. • Previous experience booking meetings for senior sales teams. • Experience using AI-powered sales tools. • Exposure to LinkedIn outreach or email prospecting campaigns.
