📋 Description

• Accurately maintain property transaction files in line with legal and internal process requirements • Follow all company workflow processes with precision • Manage tasks efficiently within agreed service levels and deadlines • Open new case files and order property searches for purchases • Conduct transaction chain checks and manage pre-sale files • Capture and record file closure feedback in the system • Build strong relationships with solicitors, estate agents, buyers, and sellers • Provide guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process • Support the Sales Progression team once administrative tasks are complete • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service • Represent the company positively in all interactions • Follow GDPR, confidentiality, and internal escalation processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or office-based customer service role • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Confident, professional communication – written and verbal • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively • Comfortable using digital systems and CRM tools • Access to a laptop/PC and reliable high-speed internet connection • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in estate agency or conveyancing sectors • Familiarity with the UK home moving process • Previous remote working experience • Customer service or sales-related training
